We had a lovely 4 nights in the apartment. The view from the windows was lovely and there was plenty of equipment for every eventuality. The bed was comfortable so we slept well. We liked the location as it was easy to get into Concarneau or further afield but you could also do a nice walk from the door down to the beach or along the coastal footpath (GR34). However you do need a car to find any shops etc as there is nothing close by.

The apartment was as the photographs showed, with a stunning view of the sea. The location was in a quiet area at the edge of town. It was a little too far to walk for restaurants and shopping but the centre of Concarneau was within easy access if you had a bike and there was an excellent cycle track. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with good heating and almost everything you could possibly need. Furnishings and equipment were of a high standard. The only thing I could think of that would have improved things was a sharper knife for cooking!! Maryvonne answered all our queries and questions very promptly and was very helpful. Access to the apartment was extremely straightforward. We would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to visit the lovely city of Concarneau. You would not be disappointed.

We happily settled in this lovely flat, overlooking the sea. It is indeed a well furnished and elegant place. Both the owner and the house keeper warmly welcomed us. The weather was mild, we sunbathed on the loggias in January! The Thalasso and the beach are so close, we just had to walk down the street. We would love to come back. Thank you!

The apartment is comfortable and quiet, in an excellent location with a fantastic view of the sea. The beaches are lovely and there are several beaches within walking distance. There are a few bars and restaurants very close to the apartment - most evenings we walked in to the town - an enjoyable 20 minute walk along the sea front. The owners are very helpful in providing information about the area. We had a lovely week and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

The location is close to the village center (2.5 km), and adjacent to a beach (500 m), which you can see from the living room! The tenant and her assistant are very helpful, and did everything to helps us feel very comfortable.
