Debora was great to work with during the reservation process. The suite was clean and provided just what we needed as a home base. Even the parking lot was clean! The staff we met were friendly and professional. It was a great stay and we look forward to returning.

Everything was great and as advertised.

Staff was extra friendly. The grounds were clean and the room was very clean. The room smelled fresh and bed was comfortable. The signage to the Discovery Diving to check in was a little confusing. My husband goes inside a green house to check in and a woman was in the kitchen cooking. He told her he was there to check in. She laughed so hard and said, “you and hundreds of others.” It was her home but she said she and her husband had made tons of friends by the mistake. lol! She invited us back to visit!! She said they were having a party one night and a family came to check in but stayed for the entire party! I just find this hilarious!! So… don’t try to check in at the green house or maybe you should because Terri was delightful!! A wonderful stay with our 2 pups that I highly recommend! Oh yeah there are cats that hang out and lounge in the little garden out back!

We’ve really enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. Great location, easy walk to the waterfront. Great communication with hosts. We’ll be back!

Great location, close to front street where all the action seemed to be. Disliked that it was right beside a busy gas station but other than that it was great.

Nice grassy area by parking lot and short walks away for pets. Elevator made it easy to get luggage to/from room. Super convenient location. Clean, quiet--this is a no brainer!

I’ve been coming to Beaufort since I was a child but was never aware of this hotel. We found it to be cozy, peaceful, and of course conveniently located in walking distance of historic downtown Beaufort. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

My wife and I stayed here for our 44th wedding anniversary. It was wonderful and we would stay there again. The only minor issue we had was some of the appliances and furnishings were dated. Not a real problem for us though, made us feel at home. Haha!It was much better than staying at one of the big boys motels. Had everything we needed and the staff was courteous and friendly.

Nice to have a place where we can stay with our well-behaved dog. Spacious and comfortable. Maybe the mattress wasn't quite as firm as I'd like, but overall we were super comfortable, and I like the open porch area with plenty of sunlight.

The apartment was exactly what was described and it was definitely all we needed while we were there. Good location and comfortable enough for our needs. We would stay there again.

We have stayed in some great rentals with absolutely lovely hosts. Given that, we figured on a good stay. We weren't too sure of the property from the pictures. Clean, sparse, and utilitarian was my take. The pictures don't do it justice. Try, cozy and homey in addition to clean. The property is quiet. With doors on a central breezeway, you can expect a little noise, but none of it was bothersome or disrespectful. We didn't hear anyone above us or next door. We also didn't hear street noise or noise from a nearby construction site. Even the heat is quiet! The dishwasher, not so much; best to run it right before stepping out. The staff was fantastic! They were uber-helpful and welcoming. They were also great about supplying us with what we needed and answering any questions we had. There is a lot that would prompt us to come back, but the one thing that absolutely tipped it over for us was, that there was no page-long cleaning check-list we had to complete before checkout ON TOP OF the cleaning fee. As far as that goes, it's just like a hotel. We were able to get clean washcloths when we needed them during our stay, in addition to an extra towel and blanket. We didn't have the added stress of having to make sure dishes were washed and trash was taken out. That alone makes this property tops among all the ones we've stayed at. As the mom-person, it was a relief to have that chore taken off of me. We look forward to enjoying this property again for years to come.

The location is excellent, close to everything in the downtown district and near marina access. The staff were very friendly. I stayed there for one night, but I would return if I found myself back in Beauford again.

Only stayed one night (paid for 3 nights) , wife had medical issue and I had to leave. I do plan on coming back. Host was graceous enough to move my reservation to accomodate wifes surgery, but I still had to leave early. Really liked the place.

We had a great time! We were close to Front Street and all of the restaurants and shops. It was convenient and clean! We would stay there again! :)

This property was just what we needed for our weekend in Beaufort. The room was clean and spacious with a kitchenette. I really appreciated the covered porch. It was so nice to sit outside and enjoy the cooler evening, even though it was raining. Historic downtown was a little bit of a walk depending on where you were going. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.
