Stayed Jun 16, 2024We had a lovely stay at this property. After booking through VRBO you'll be dealing directly with Marriot staff which worked out well for us. Hint: head directly to the parking garage off Cortez street. There are signs for Marriot at the entrance of the garage. Initially you'll grab a ticket to gain entrance into the garage, but after that your room key will get you in and out with a swip. Drive up to the 4th or 5th level. There are plenty of signs along the way. The property itself was pristine. Beautifully kept pool and decent gym for a hotel. Beach front chairs are exclusive to Marriot residents; an attendant on the beach will approach you to confirm. The suite was the perfect size for the week we were there. Plenty of hot water with good pressure. The AC has a motion sensor to conserve energy, so just make a point of checking it each time you get back to the room to see if it turned itself off. This was never a problem for us. It did a great job of keeping the air in the room dry. Would rent again!

Stayed Jan 15, 2023This is a Marriott Vacation property so you have timeshare “owners” staying there-what this means is that it’s not a typical SoFlo crazy hotel. It has a small kitchenette and a patio with a nice table to watch the sunrises. Owner communicates very well and I will definitely stay again without any hesitation. Go to the pool deck for towels and beach “sand-chairs” (no cost). Parking is great and not that expensive.
