Amador City, California
Tucked away at the end of quite road you arrive on the property via a stamped concrete driveway. Walk up a garden stairway via outdoor stairs and deck; entering an open living space with vaulted ceilings. A comfortable kitchen, with the gas range, greets guests on the left and with the open living area to the right. Your first wood-paneled bedroom is immediately off the family area while following the hall down to a washing room/bathroom, guest bedroom, and large master bedroom, king bed, and private in-suite bathroom and shower.
Stay was very nice . Owner communicated excellent and very nice and informative. Only thing I feel people should know you miss be comfortable skilled driver to stay at this home . The drive at night is super dark on winding narrow dark mountainous roads . But once there - beautiful view . Home is clean . No tvs in bedrooms but comfy and clean . Kinda small but nice for family bonding
We absolutely loved this house! It was in a perfect location as we were visiting Amador Wine Country. Plenty of space, towels, etc. We would definitely book again!
Everything was fantastic. Recommend to anyone looking to stay in amadore city
Beautiful, well kept and super comfortable historic home! Lovely respite after a day of wine tasting. Really enjoyed our stay!
Very nice quite community. We loved our stay. There is only one TV in the property and with kids/teens it was a family bonding experience. Love the scenery and neighborhood animals, lime the wild Turkeys
This property was one of the best we have stayed. Very clean, well equipped, we wanted for nothing. Sondra the owner was very accommodating, providing a Birthday surprise that was really sweet. We would highly recommend this property.
Enjoyed our stay , we would recommend this home
Came for our daughter’s 21st! Really close to all the great foothill wineries. Place was clean, quiet cul-de-sac, and lots of seating areas, outside and in. We’ll stocked, except for Pyrex pan, but that’s it! Left a bottle of good wine, cookies and balloons for our birthday girl! Very nice touch. Coffee kureg had lots of choices. No complaints. Young and old loved the stay. Highly recommended.
We loved this beautiful house. The atmosphere was perfect for a long wine tasting weekend. What a scenic area for nice hilly walks, followed by relaxing on the cozy porch. check in and out couldn’t be simpler and the property manager responded promptly for any of our needs. Definitely recommend this charming property. We will be back.
Perched at the back of a quiet little street you will find this darling house tucked up on a small hill. There is a wonderful porch with pocket views of the hills and surrounding neighborhood to enjoy while sitting out on the couch or dining al fresco. Once we we were through the door we were pleased to find that the main room was very generous and full of natural light. Everything was spotless and well appointed. We were visiting for Thanksgiving, so it was going to be a little bit of a juggle to cook in an unfamiliar rental kitchen. Thankfully the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed and more. There were plenty of extra linens and comfortable beds for the family. The owner was very thoughtful about the set up and went out of her way to make us feel welcome with nice local wine and cold drinks in the refrigerator. We loved walking to downtown Amador City from this sweet location and we look forward to our next stay!
