Stayed Nov 10, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The bed was very comfortable and the flameless battery operated candles on the mantel were a great addition. A lot of thought and care went into decorating both the house and outside area. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and dishes. There's places to get groceries about 5 minutes away. We had a very restful stay, thank you!

Stayed Feb 14, 2025This property was accurately advertised and didn't disappoint. Having stayed at several cabins/B&Bs in Connecticut previously, this one was excellent. Check-in was seamless, the space was a good size with all necessary amenities, and it was conveniently located near attractions. Communication was prompt and helpful, even with minor questions. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable getaway from NYC.

They give you plenty of privacy, but are also willing to share their love of history if you are interested. We loved this cozy little home and it's beautiful surroundings. Sure wish we could have stayed longer!
