Stayed May 15, 2026Perfect home base for a weekend of trout fishing. It was unusually warm for May, but the AC in the house worked great! Comfy beds, good water pressure in the shower. Nice quiet rural location that was still close to everything we needed.

Stayed Dec 4, 2025The house was warm as the weather was cold. Plenty of space for all 6 of us adults. Beds were comfortable and we never ran out of hot water.

Stayed Jul 8, 2025We loved the rural location and the beauty of the countryside. We enjoyed being close to the Mississippi, Wisconsin and Minnesota. We also enjoyed the many access areas for fishing. The house was a great place to relax after busy days!

Stayed May 23, 2025My wife and I had a wonderful stay here while we were in the area visiting family. The kitchen was well-stocked with cook/dinner-ware and the dining room had a nice big dining table so it made for a convenient location to host a family dinner. The beds were very comfortable and I really enjoyed the screened in porch. We'll likely book here again the next time we plan a visit to the Waukon area.
