Stayed Jun 4, 2025The property was amazing and the apartment just as per pictures. Very clean, organized, spacious and with everything you need.The communication with Ilaria was excellent from the very beginning, always attentive, helpful and caring.We had a great stay and we highly recommend the place.

Stayed Jun 13, 2017We stayed two weeks here in Il Frantoio. The location is amazing. The surroundings are very tranquil. The house was well maintained and well equipped. The pool and surrounding area were clean and well maintained. Wonderful flowers in the garden and beautiful scenary. We would definitely go back here.

Stayed Jun 5, 2017Lovely property with helpful friendly owners, comfortable and well equipped. Off the beaten track and a fair bit of travel to visit places.if your okay with driving upgrade to a 5 star but for us it's a 4 , but only due to location , wish I could give it 4.5 Highly recommended in any case

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My host Ilaria was very lovely - she kindly came and rescued us from the local tourist information office. The apartment is located about 1 km from Belforte and 5 km from Radicondoli and 30 from San Gimignano making a car an absolute necessity. We had access to the pool which was clean and well maintained. There is a lovely courtyard in front which provided a well needed spot to relax in the evening. Ilaria provided instructions for operational things like the wifi, gas burner, restaurants, supermarket etc. which was very useful. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. It is quiet and out of the way - I recommend this listing. Thank you Ilaria

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our stay in Vecchio Mulino was just perfect! Two rooms, a nice pool a fantastic view on agriturism, Oliviers... Ilaria and her family were perfect for us and especially for our kids who were delighted too. Perfect location next to Radicondoli, wonderful landscape... We would like to go back there soon. Thanks a lot for everything!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We really enjoyed our stay at Vecchio Mulino Farmhouse. Ilaria was there when we arrived and was very welcoming. The apartment is quite large and has a private terrace. The location is fantastic! It is nearby excellent restaurants and all the sites we wanted to visit. Overall, very happy with our choice to stay there. Grazie Ilaria!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Accommodation excellent, better than expected. We were a group of three adults and four children and had a great time. The swimming pool and BBQ area was great. They provided a welcome bottle of wine, fruit and sweets. The area was quiet, car needed but we walked to nearest village a few nights. In easy drive of Siena, San G, and coast. The manager, was extremely friendly and helpful, and provided assistance in dealing with a car breakdown, staying beyond working hours to help us out.
