Stayed Dec 29, 2024The house is well designed, sits on a terrific property and well located. The kitchen is also well stocked and overall we had a lovely time.However, the house does fall short on a few items you would expect at that price level. There is no A/C, and you can not change the temperature from the subfloor heating yourself. You need to call the maintenance person to do that and when they do, they can only change the setting for the entire house. The living room is very sparsely furnished and while the owner does a good job cleaning out the closets, it is very clear that it is otherwise lived in with owner stuff in drawers and boxes around the apartment. Check out time of 10am is earlier than we find customary.
