Stayed Oct 12, 2023I had the most incredible week at this location. I thought not being in the center of town would be complicated, but everything was within walking distance and there are bikes if needed to have a shorter trip in town. The hosts were incredible. The grounds were incredible. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away to Spello or the surrounding area.

Stayed Sep 10, 2023Beautiful stay! Warm welcome. The apartment was clean and spacious. Salt water pool was lovely after a hot day and the grounds were impeccable. I enjoyed seeing the sunset over the olive groves and overlooking Spello. I highly recommend and hope to be back again soon!

Stayed Sep 12, 2019Small but very nice and comfortable appartment. The whole property is maintained perfectly. We were staying in the appartment with the outdoor steps, which had also a mini- terrace, which was a nice extra advantage. Quit place, but at the same time not far from Spello. The only suggestion for improvement is the wardrobe, that should contain shelves to put your clothes on.
