Stone Rows Farm (“SRF”) was established back in 1743 and has a long history of being one of New Jersey's premier cattle farms. Known back in the day for being one of the state’s most recognized Simmental beef cattle operations, SRF offers a country get away with all the modern day amenities a family could ask for.

Settled on 216 acres of perfectly manicured pastured farmland, SRF is centrally located in Hunterdon County and is only an hour and twenty minutes southwest of New York City and an hour north of Philadelphia, PA. Guests also have the ability to hit up the local night life with historic New Hope, PA being just 10 minutes down the road. Relax by the pool or under the pergola or perhaps on the back porch overlooking a 2 acre bass pond. Take a stroll or jog around the property on multiple mowed trails that stretch for miles. You can explore the neighboring towns of Frenchtown, Lambertville and New Hope, PA that offer shopping, dining and more. Stone Rows Farm is your get away from the daily grind at one of the most private settings in New Jersey.

If you are an passionate horse owner, we now offer the ability to rent out our 4 stall horse stable that has over 4 acres of grass pasture, outdoor shower, full plumbing, tack room, and ample parking for your trailer.

Beautiful farm. Quiet and lovely accommodations. We instantly felt at home. House was quite unique and the family enjoyed learning the layout. All ten of us slept well in comfy beds. Given the age of the house, all the utilities functioned very well with no hiccups. Jacuzzi and pool clean and simple. Cleanliness everywhere was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house had so much charm. The property was beautiful. There were a few things that may need a little upgrade but because this is such a beautiful historic house, that is expected. I own a 1920s home and understand that not everything is going to be state of the art new. The pool was gorgeous. The back deck was gorgeous. The property exceeding my expectations. The bedrooms were so quiet. You could not hear any noise throughout the home when people were in the common areas. I would stay here again, no question.

Our group loved our stay at the farm. It’s a wonderful property and the pool and playground area kept our kids occupied for hours.

I stayed at this rental in July of 2024 with my family. I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. There were mouse droppings on kitchen shelves, in pots and pans and dishware. There was a large brown stain on one of the mattresses in the twin bunk room and black mold around the rubber gasket/seal for refrigerator door. Multiple messages were sent to the property manager as we discovered these issues. Carter, the property manager who stated he was sorry for any inconvenience and would address it. On our last night, I sent him a message restating our concerns and I felt we should have our cleaning fee refunded. His ultimate response was we could not have that refunded because we ran the dishwasher, but didn’t empty it prior to departure.

Stunning property. The house and surrounding grounds were excellent, well maintained, well presented and well equipped. With daily temperatures in the 90’s the pool was much appreciated and used by my family. The host Carter answered all enquiries quickly, both before and during our visit. Won’t hesitate to book again.
