Our bathrooms feature a shower, wide vanity with storage and towels. Each bungalow features keyless entry access for safety and convenience, allowing you to choose your unique passcode for programming during your stay. We also have one 1 bed/1bath bungalow with a true bedroom, shower/tub combo, walk in closet, living room with futon and kitchenette for rent as well, so please inquire if you are interested! Must be able to pass a background check and credit report, and we will consider all cases with an appropriate explanation. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. Our property manager is a St. Petersburg local and is more than happy to assist you! This is a pet-free property. No smoking, no parties, no loud music so as to not disturb the community members. $500 security deposit due at signing and 1st month up-front.
