Port Charlotte, Florida is located in Charlotte County Florida on the state’s west coast approximately halfway between Sarasota and Fort Myers. Charlotte Harbour is reputed to have some of the best saltwater fishing in the world.

 

For arts and culture, there’s no shortage of facilities and events to keep you entertained. The cultural centre of Charlotte County is a facility that offers classes and learning opportunities in more than 150 different topics, everything from languages to line dancing to woodworking. Charlotte also features the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra as well as the Arts and Humanities Council of Charlotte County which provides performances and art shows year round.
