The Lilley tract consists of approximately 752 acres by our measurements. The nostalgic and historic 2 story farm house began as a Sears and Roebuck kit package in 1870, that evolved with two later additions and then completely restored in 2012, mindful of history and the family it served for so many years. It sits on the original farmstead along Otter Creek where the Lilley family homesteaded in the late 1860’s.
