4350 El Camino Real is a 0.66-acre site approved for a 47-unit residential condominium development. The project includes a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units in a five-story building with two levels of subterranean parking. Forty of the units will be offered at market rate, with three units reserved for Very Low Income households and four units for Moderate Income households.
