My owner said it's time to go. No reasonable offer will be refused. I'm a really nice three bedroom, two bath home in the country. Open floor plan and nice sized rooms. Turn key! A fireplace for a cozy night by the warm fire when it cools off in the winter. We are in Isothermal belt, so we don't get a lot of snow. I sit on 1.41 acres with a great privacy fence. The puppies use my back yard for now. If you have a dog or dogs this place will be perfect. The property went through Helene. The lower lot on the creek did flood. Water did not come into the house. My owner even had the crawl space completely sealed to protect me. Chimney Rock State Park is open and the Lake Lure Inn has opened, so things are getting back to normal. I'm very close to Rumbling Bald Resort they have two 18 hole golf courses, boat and non power boat rentals. Spa and great food. So if you are tired of the traffic and hustle and bustle of the city take a look at me. This is a great location for peace and quite. Work from home or drive to the city.
