This 3/2 pool home would be great for a vacation investment property. Plumbing, electric, and impact windows were done in 2017. The roof was replaced in 2021. I'm pretty sure this is one of the deepest pools in Cape Coral. You could probably scuba dive in it. The kitchen was also remodeled in 2017. The 2 bathrooms are original, but look incredible.
