Dadeland Town Center is a subdivision of the city of Miami in unincorporated Miami-Dade County in the state of Florida. The area is mainly known for commercial office space. The most notable building in the area is the 90-meter-high Town Center One, which is one of Dadeland's taller buildings.
Condominiums constitute the largest portion of real estate offerings in this neighborhood. These are mainly class A commercial office space set in the Town Center One. That building, which was completed in 2009, was meant to be the first of several mixed-use developments in the area. It offers more than 210,000 of marketable floor area.
