The self-catering lets adjoin the owner's small, award-winning camping and glamping site. brbrThe spacious self-catering accommodation sleeps 4 people in a stunning location. There is direct access down a steep track through our fields to the Mawddach Trail, one of the most scenic cycle and walking routes in the country, running along the estuary and linking traditional Welsh town of Dolgellau with seaside Barmouth. brbrThe large open plan lounge/kitchen is redecorated in cosy colours with two big comfy sofas, perfect for relaxing after a day’s exploring. There is wifi and a large screen TV. Upstairs the master bedroom is spacious with a double bed and view across to the wooded hills. Guests with children should note there is a door but no stair gate between the bedrooms and the steep stairs. People with mobility issues may find these stairs between the bedrooms and downstairs bathroom challenging. There are 11 steps and the stairs have a bit of a twist at the bottom. For this reason we do not recommend the cottage for families with toddlers or those who find stairs a challenge.There’s a table and chairs outside the front door to enjoy watching the world go by, but no outdoor space.
