There is room to park a boat on the section. brbrA spacious covered, sheltered outdoor area for entertaining - with a bbq and outdoor table - opens off the main living area onto a paved courtyard.brbrIt is a 2 minute walk to the beach - either main beach access number 11 (approx 240m) or access 13 on the estuary side (approx 200m) ... the best of both worlds.
