The Caramulo mountain range is 20 minutes away by car and is suitable for hiking, paragliding, abseiling and has a renowned vintage car museum. The Serra de Estrela is an hour's drive away, as is the sea with several fantastic beaches. Furthermore, 15 car minutes away is a thermal spa with various beauty packages and also within 15 minutes a 27-hole golf course.
