The train is also an alternative as the train station in Caminha offers free parking. At a short distance there are various sporting activities available including horse riding, rafting and canoeing. The house served as headquarters to Napoleon's troops. Built entirely in summer 2010 maintains the original design having been used local materials in its interior and exterior such as slate, shale and granite. The walls were painted in a Venetian red so typical of Mediterranean houses with the cortene steel gives it charm and modernity. With about 400m2 of covered area and 4 000m2 uncovered area, the house is divided into two floors, reaching the rooms, kitchen, bathroom, dormitory with toilet and laundry on the ground floor and four suites on the top floor .brWith four suites and a dormitory with complete bathroom, ideal for children, this is a house suited to family holidays.brThe kitchen, modern and equipped with appliances has a large glass door with direct access to an outdoor terrace, ideal for meals.
