The house is bright and very homely. Perfect for families with children or groups of 5 people who want the perfect location for swimming and proximity to many nature experiences. The cottage shares a plot with the homeowner who lives in the larger yellow plaster house in front of your accommodation. You share a jetty and bathing area with the homeowner. The boat has an electrical motor is avaliable during May - September. You can drive down a small hill just outside the house on a gravel level where you are welcomed by magnificent views and lovely lawn. The terrace runs alongside your accommodation with seating on the sun deck and outdoor barbecue. The hall is bright where the dining area, the kitchen area and the living room have an open floor plan. The dining area has a table and chairs for 5 people with a small window into the bedroom. Everything is very charming and homely. In the bedroom there is a double bed of 180 cm wide and here too you have a view of the lake and the plot. This lovely holiday home is located in the little village of Näs, on the border between Dalsland and Värmland. It is set in scenic surroundings, only 100 metres from lake Västra Silen. The house is set on a dairy farm with 20 cows. It is surrounded by pastures, fields, and woodlands. Chances are you will spot elk, deer, and foxes in the neighbourhood! The house features a light and airy kitchen equipped with a dining table and the basic amenities. Next to the kitchen, there's a spacious living room . The bottom floor also features a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a WC, a washbasin, a bath tub, and a washing machine. On the upper floor you will find another living room and another bedroom with two beds. There's another two beds in the annex, 10 metres from the main building. The owner appreciates advance notice if you wish to use the annex. Electric motor for the boat is available for rent for a weekly price paid on site to the homeowner.
