It is equipped with a 2nd bathroom with shower, toilet, a pleasant living room as well as a modern and fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, dishwasher, induction hobs, espresso coffee machine,...).brbrA mezzanine welcomes children or parents (games, tv, dvd, possibility of sleeping, reading corner,...) The chalet is fully equipped with TV (cable) and wifi (high speed). It is tempered by electricity and heated with wood (included in the rental price).brbr500 m2 of outdoor space is available to park 5-6 cars (3 in winter) with barbecue, dining table, parasols, and many games.brbrIn winter, the chalet is accessible, the road is clear every day as well as the parking spaces. This family chalet is suitable for people who are careful and eager to spend a beautiful week in the magnificent Champex-Lac region in a quiet environment (very little traffic in summer and winter, dead end).
