This lovely sun-drenched, luxurious cottage is located on the edge of the vast forests and farmlands of the Utrecht Landscape. It is a wonderful place to relax, walk or cycle. The cottage is furnished as a studio: the living room, kitchen and bedroom are in one space. The small but charming kitchen block is fully equipped. (magnatron, hob, Nespresso coffee machine). You can cook on a two-burner stove in the room where the refrigerator and oven are located. The bathroom has a spacious shower, a sink and a toilet. The living room has a lovely double bed, two easy chairs and a dining table with two chairs. The cottage has its own central heating system and can be heated in no time. Next to the house is a swimming pool, which you can use during the warm summer months. The table with umbrella and deck chairs by the pool belong to the guest house. At the front of the house is a shady seating area. For lovers there is a barbecue and an outdoor fireplace.
