A gas barbecue is available. The garden surrounds the house on three sides. Both are for your exclusive use. The garden is enclosed by a hedge and there is a small open passageway near the entrance to the house that is not secured by a fence/hedge. Ice skating rink in the centre of the village. Wonderful winter hiking trails start directly from the house, horse-drawn carriages/sleigh rides are not far away (750m). There are numerous opportunities for snowshoeing and ski tours, e.g. towards Hochplatte (150m) and Gröbner Hals (550m), as well as ski tours in the whole area. Snowkiting/courses (registration 2.6km), moonlight tobogganing with lift - usually on Wednesdays (900m) complete the offer near the house.brbrIn summer: A free public beach with sunbathing area, changing rooms, children's playground, two beach volleyball courts and pedal boat hire is not far away (2.3 km). The Rofan cable car from Maurach (14km) takes you to the Rofan mountains for fantastic hikes. Numerous marvellous hikes, bike tours also directly from the house.
