Just a mere 15 minute drive from the city Legana is a perfect mix of quiet but practical.brbrbrbrWe suggest having a vehicle during your staybrbrbrbrNo parties please. Quiet times are from 10pm - 8am. Please be respectful of our neighbours. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this.brbrA refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.brbrGuests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50.brbrIf guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay. brbrStripe processing fee will be deducted if the guest requests a refund.
