Within driving distance are local wineries, Kaiteriteri Beach, Abel Tasman National Park, The Great Taste bike trail, Nelson and St Arnaud.brbrThe house has ducted air-conditioning throughout the living areas and bedrooms, and with underfloor heating in the bathrooms. brbrThe main living area has an open plan configuration with kitchen with walk-in pantry, dining area (seats 6), and lounge seating.
