Glenelg is a popular tourist destination with beautiful white sandy, safe swimming beaches, a jetty, boutique shopping along Jetty Road, and a huge variety of restaurants, bars and cafe's. The Beach House entertainment hub for the kids, located next to Colley Reserve includes water slides, arcade games, mini golf and more. The City to Bay tram is located a 3 minute walk away on Jetty Road and will take you to the City.brbrHorizon View is a privately owned apartment and has all the facilities you need to enjoy a fully self contained holiday, but with so many restaurants, cafe's and bars at your doorstep, you won't have to cook a thing if you don't want to. It is located in Liberty Towers, a secure 12 story apartment building, and includes one secure undercover park, with secure key only access to the building, lifts and apartments. brbrHorizon View is fully air-conditioned, with dishwasher, oven, cooktop, full size fridge, washing machine and dryer. A 50 flat screen TV is located in the living area, plus a DVD player and speakers to play your music from. There is also a second TV in the bedroom. A hair dryer is included for your convenience. There is also free WiFi connection for our guests. All towels and linen for the comfy Queen size bed are provided. Also available as an option are towels and a set of linen for the Moran double fold out sofa bed that can sleep two children or one adult. You’ll love my place because you can park your car & walk everywhere, or jump on the tram to the City, or one of the many buses that run from Glenelg. brbrMy place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids). brbrOff street parking for 1 small carbrbrLarge groups (up to 37 guests) can be accommodated across 5 co-located properties.brbrGuests have the property all to themselves.brbrWe will leave a key for you at the property on the day of check-in, and will notify you as soon as the property is ready. We are always contactable by phone should you need any assistance. Be careful - If you have ever previously used your computer to download movies via a Bit Torrent program, the program may activate while you are connected to the internet (even if you are not aware that it is active) allowing others to download from your computer. This could cause you to exceed the download limits.brIf, for any reason, we are unable to supply Internet, e.g. for a technical reason to do with the provider who supplies Internet to us, or due to a fault with our equipment, we will do everything we can to provide you with Internet access as quickly as we can. However, will not be liable for any loss you incur as a consequence of not being connected. If you notify us of a faulty appliance or that the property is not clean at check-in, we will take all reasonable steps to have the fault corrected as soon as possible. There is 1 very small step up to the back door, once within the property there are no steps.brbrWe are not located at the property; whoever, we will speak to you on the day of check-in, and are always contactable by phone or email should you have any questions or require any assistance.brbrGlenelg is a fantastic location, and is Adelaide`s premier beach-side suburb for very good reason. Sussex Street is predominately a residential street. Glenelg can get very busy during the summer months, so there can be some noise with pedestrians, mainly on Friday and Saturday nights, walking back to their cars/homes at closing time. Part of the charm of staying in the thick of it, but not nearly as noisy as some accommodation in Glenelg, such as those located on Colley Terrace or the Esplanade.brbrEverything you need is within easy walking distance. If you do need to travel outside of Glenelg, the tram runs down the main street (Jetty Road) very close to the property, and travels directly into the City in 20mins. There is ample parking for a 2nd car on Sussex Street at the front of the property (parks are timed during the day 1hr, 2hr & 3hr) but you can park unrestricted from 4pm-10am daily. Alternatively, there are many private car parking station in close proximity, some of which offer daily rates.brbrThis property is not located directly on Sussex Street, it is located behind number 7 Sussex Street, so access is via Chittleborough Lane.br- By booking with us, you agree to the following: *To arrange check-in*: Please teleph(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) when you arrive at Adelaide Airport, or if driving by car, when you are 1 hour away from arriving in Adelaide to arrange key collection. *Keys:* Each property comes with 2 sets of keys and, if applicable, a remote for parking access. You agree to notify us immediately if you find there are not at least 2 sets of keys and, if applicable, a parking remote. In the event, you return the property to us without the above, you agree to pay $250 to cover key / parking remote replacement. *Check-in time*: Check-in is from 3pm. Please note: we make every effort to ensure properties are prepared for check-in by 3pm. However, on occasion exiting tenants fail to comply with the requirement to check-out by 10am. Where this occurs, as a matter of practical reality we may need to delay the check-in time to properly prepare the property after the late check-out. *After Hours check-in*: Our phones are turned off after 9pm. Limits apply, so please ensure you disable automatic downloads for Windows, Microsoft, etc. Do not leave the internet connected while you are not using your computer. Be careful - If you have ever previously used your computer to download movies via a Bit Torrent program, the program may activate while you are connected to the internet (even if you are not aware that it is active) allowing others to download from your computer. This could cause you to exceed the download limits. If, for any reason, we are unable to supply Internet, e.g. for a technical reason to do with the provider who supplies Internet to us, or due to a fault with our equipment, we will do everything we can to provide you with Internet access as quickly as we can. However, will not be liable for any loss you incur as a consequence of not being connected. You will not be entitled to any refund of your booking fee as a consequence of not having Internet during your stay. *Property becomes not available*: In the very unlikely event a property you have booked becomes unavailable (due to an unforeseeable event damaging the property, e.g. the carpets need to be replaced due to water damage etc.), we will take every step to provide you with another property of at least the same standard. We will not be liable if a property becomes unavailable for some reason, or if we are not able to provide a suitable alternative. You accept that there could be an unforeseeable event out of our control that may make a property unavailable. *Cleaning*: You must leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee. *Smoking*: Smoking is not permitted in the property. If you smoke in the property, you authorise us to deduct from your credit card or otherwise recover from you, $75 to apply towards having the furnishings deodorised. *Access*: You agree that, although unlikely, we may need to access the apartment from time to time and this may be necessary during your stay, e.g. to attend to repairs (if necessary). You agree that we may provide your mobile telephone number so that a tradesperson needing to access the apartment can arrange access with you directly. *Repairs, state of apartment etc*: We will endeavour to ensure that all appliances etc. in the property are working properly, there is not damage to the property and that the property is clean at check-in. If you notify us of a faulty appliance or that the property is not clean at check-in, we will take all reasonable steps to have the fault corrected as soon as possible. Where you notify us after hours, we will endeavour to have the fault corrected as soon as possible on the recommencement of business hours. The existence of a faulty appliance or another issue with the property will not entitle you to any discount on the booking fee. *Acts of god*: If the property is made unavailable as a consequence of an act of god, eg, a flood, you will not be entitled to a refund of your booking fee. You should ensure you are covered for this by your travel insurance. *Don’t leave valuables in the property*: Please don’t leave valuables in the property and please ensure the property is secured at all times. Our insurance only covers the house contents of the property, and does not cover your personal items. Our insurance is only valid in the case of a break and enter; therefore, if you leave the property unsecured and theft occurs, you will be liable for the replacement value of any items stolen.
