From the furnished terrace you enjoy the sea view (near 50 meters) and Etna. The house is at the center of the most beautiful landscapes, historic and cultural attractions in eastern Sicily. You will find the home ready to be lived. The courtesy and availability of our owners will accompany you during your stay.brbrSTELLA MARINA holiday home overlooks the seafront of Mascali, on a beach of small smooth stones, ideal for those who like to sunbathe and bathe at sea. The house is located within an elegant holiday residence used mostly by apartment owners in the summer season. The residence has three entrances of which two automatic gates with remote control for cars and a pedestrian entrance. Inside the residence, there are large terraces and boulevards where you can take walks with flowerbeds always kept by the gardener. Access to the pool is free but you need to use the headset for your hair. The pool is open from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00 and is always supervised by a lifeguard who controls the order and security. The pool can be used from the second half of June to the end of September.brThe residence also has a large free car park where you can park your car in total safety.brbrThe front of the house is free access and is easily accessible to seniors and children.
