The house has a pool and a nice terrace ideal for sunsets. It is integrated in a spacious area of land that gives the house the necessary privacy. The land is all fenced and is rich in fruit trees, mainly orange trees, but also tangerines, lemon and loquat trees. From the terrace there is a beautiful view over the rice fields of Melides. We are very close to the village, for those who like to walk, it is possible to go on foot or ideally by bicycle if you have one.
