Avoca is a charming period house with stunning views over Whiting Bay. Inside the house has the feel of a beach house with its traditional style, cosy, easy living with all your comforts in mind. Avoca has a kitchen/garden room come diner, lounge, entrance hall with downstairs toilet. There are two bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds which can be joined, both rooms have TVs and dressing tables. The bathroom has a double ended bath with shower.brbr The kitchen/diner has a huge picture window overlooking the beech tree and burn which runs along the side of the garden. In the winter with the leaves off the tree you can sit on the window seats and soak up the stunning view of Holy Isle which are revealed. If that view is not enough all the rooms have windows which face the bay maximising the view and the sunrise. Also giving a prime location to watch the varied ships and naval excersises on the Clyde. The lounge has two sofas and woodburning stove with a 40 inch smart TV. Delightfully appealing and beautifully situated there is a lovely patio at the back which is an e perfect sun trap, surrounding the patio the extensively planted garden bursts with colour. brbrAvoca sits elevated from the road and looks down onto the village of Whiting Bay which is perfect for the many eating places and cafes, sitting, walking, swimming, beach combing, angling, kayaking, biking and putting. The island also has 7 challenging golf courses.
