Located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and less than three miles from Empire Polo music festivals.brbrIndio Canyon Trail Oasis is a resort style, “desert vibes” home designed décor consisting of 4-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, a private salt water pool including a baja shelf and umbrella along with spa jacuzzi (optional guest paid heating available), large backyard entertainment area secluded in secure walled yard with locked privacy gate which features a direct line gas BBQ grill outdoor with fridge (Note: BBQ is being worked on and their is a standalone propane tank one there in the meantime until the built-in one is fixed), sink, gas burner, green grass lawn, outdoor dining set for six, comfy sofa sectional with pillows, and more fabulous fun amenities! Backyard also has perimeter yard lighting, cornhole lawn game, and inside the water pool/spa lights for night swims or relaxing. Kitchen features everything you need for the cook in you. Fantastic fun memories and moments will be had in the indoor game room (pool table, dart board, TV). Property is in a safe and secure cul-de-sac community with very nice neighbors, immaculate landscaping, and an abundance of magnificent mountain and sunrise/sunset views.brbrSpacious open floor plan living and dining room areas next to the kitchen. The large, open kitchen features granite countertops, an island with four stools, a breakfast table for four, a dedicated working desk, dining table for four, and items for all your cooking needs including cookware, microwave, French door fridge, drip and Keurig coffee makers, oven, dishwasher, blender, electric juicer, toaster, kitchen aid mixer, and more. Plates, utensils, and glasses for more than eight people….everything a fully stocked kitchen should have. As of Summer 2022 all appliances, furniture, and mattresses are brand new. There are six Smart TVs with guest login apps (Netflix, Youtube, Prime, etc.) and Spectrum Basic cable channels located throughout the house. Super high speed 400mbps internet for all your work and streaming needs.brbrIdeal bedding for up to eight adults. Spacious one floor with a Master Bedroom featuring a king bed with en-suite bathroom consisting of a walk-in glass shower and double vanity sink. Also includes a private sliding glass door leading out to the pool area. Bedroom #2 and #3 have queen beds. Adjacent Bathroom #2 includes a shower/tub combo and double-vanity sink. Bedroom #4 is close to the game room and has two twin beds. Bathroom #3 is outside on the side of the house by the pool area and has a shower. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 85 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. There are pool toys and an electric pump onsite.brbr- Post stay housekeeping is for four hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $80hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.brbr- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their drivers license at check-in.brbrLocal vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services.
