It is located in Santa Reparata Bay, a protected area bordering a marine park, in a natural setting of great style that is characterized by wind-sculpted granite rocks and a scented Mediterranean scrubland. It has a wide and fascinating private garden on three sides, two of them have a sea view with large granite rocks that lit up at night and an exterior shower, which is also in granite and provides hot water. There is a private and shaded parking space that can accommodate two large size vehicles. It has two large roofed verandas; one has an amazing sea view and barbecue, stylishly furnished with a 3 seater sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, large table and teak chairs. The other veranda, located on the rear, it is also furnished and surrounded by a luxuriant Mediterranean scrubland that characterizes the whole garden and a wide solarium with a breath-taking view.
