It is a 20 minute drive from the airport, 8 minutes drive to 3 of the island's most beautiful beaches and 12 minutes drive to shopping & restaurants in St. John’s, Antigua’s capital. brThe property is fully fenced with private driveway parking for up to 3 cars. The open plan living room / eat-in kitchen with island, continues to the patio with a dining table with seating for 6, barbecue, heated infinity pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers and patio seating. brThe master bedroom with a king-size bed, ceiling fan and fireproof safe, has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and stand-up shower. The second bedroom has 2 double beds (which can be joined together as one), a ceiling fan and a bath tub/shower in the second bathroom.brBay Vue Villa is ideal for guests who need to work remotely while on vacation. There’s an office nook and high speed fiber internet which is accessible throughout the interior and patio/pool area.brAmenities include, cable tv, Netflix, Prime tv, exterior security cameras, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, a safe and stand-by generator, and for the beach beach towels, a portable cooler, folding beach chairs and beach umbrellas.
