Two modern bathrooms are located on the ground floor: one with a free-standing bathtub and a washbasin, the second with a large shower, WC and washbasin (from 2016). There is also a separate WC. The large kitchen with a dining table for eleven people is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, complete crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. On the first floor there is a very large bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm, 2 mattresses) and another bed, a children's room with bunk beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a football table. There is also a third bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm, 1 mattress) and a modern shower room (from 2015) with WC and an infrared cabin (similar to a sauna).brIn November 2021, all carpets were removed, new PVC was laid and the entire house was freshly painted.
