In addition to 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (+ 1 toilet), the house has a fitness room, an atrium courtyard, a roof terrace with access to the small garden directly at the vineyard and with a view of the city towards the Moselle.brbrAs part of extensive renovation measures, the property was put into a new building similar condition two years ago, without losing its charm.brbr*** ATTENTION: from 21. January 2019 will see extensive road construction work begin on Schottstrasse. The expansion will be carried out on the market starting in four sections, with our vacation property in the 1st Construction phase is located. The work in the 1st Section are expected to be completed by April 2019. During this construction phase, it is unfortunately not possible to drive to the house by car.
