On your right, you see the building that used to be the owner's grandmother's residence and is no longer accessible. A staircase (no railing) on the left leads you to the patio and to the main residence's door. brbrNow you are in the fully equipped kitchen and see the dining table and the sofa. Two large handcrafted wooden doors open to the bedrooms. Both are open-plan bedrooms on two levels with beds on both levels. The lower floor and the upper loft area are connected by stairs, maintaining an airy, wall-free design.brbrBedroom 1 has a window with a view of the patio, and bedroom 2 has a private balcony and exit to the street. The balcony has an outstanding mountain view. There, you can enjoy your morning coffee until the rest of your company wakes up.brbrThe patio is spacious and includes a surprise for you: a jacuzzi for 5 people is available. The 50 sq.m. house is located in the heart of Karoti Village and it was renovated in February 2020. When entering the house you can see the living room, with a 50'' flat-screen TV, a wood stove and a sofa which turns into a double bed. In the fully equipped, open-plan kitchen you can find all the necessary, in order to feel at home. The dining area, can seats 4-6 people. There is a modern style bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a 32'' flat-screen TV and a big wardrobe. In the bathroom, there is a shower and a washing machine. brbrIn different parts of the house, you can find elements of the traditional stone wall dating back to years ago, when the house was originally built. brbrOutside the house, where the entrance door is, there is a small, but comfortable, patio where you can find a coffee table with chairs. The staircase leads you to the roof terrace, where you can enjoy the Jacuzzi, and the sun while laying on the sunbeds, but you can also prepare a drink or a light meal on the kitchenette. brbr*The roof terrace as well as the Jacuzzi, are only for tenants' use.
