The home has 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a queensize bed and walk-in robe, with its own entrance to the upstairs bathroom. There are 3 other bedrooms located upstairs, each with 2 single beds. br brThere is an upstairs bathroom and separate toilet. There is a 5th bedroom downstairs with a queensize bed and wardrobe. Also located downstairs is a second bathroom and toilet. and a laundry with washing machine and dryer. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and all windows are fully screened. br brThe lower level comprises a spacious lounge room, huge beach-facing sunroom, a study area, a gamesroom area (complete with table-tennis table), and a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, wall oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and full set of cookware, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery etc. br brThe lounge room boasts a 42 inch flatscreen HD TV and home theatre DVD/CD system, together with 3 comfortable lounges. The sunroom has a large dining table and separate lounge setting. The backyard is equipped with a gas BBQ and a large outdoor setting (seats 8), just perfect for outdoor dining. There is air conditioning installed throughout the house, including in all bedrooms. br brAll bed linen and towels are supplied. There is no need to bring your own. brbrbrLOCATIONbrbrBeachfront Rest is located just 20 minutes north of Hervey Bay, in the quaint seaside village of Toogoom. It is ideally located just opposite the World Heritage listed Fraser Island, the world's largest sand island, and is surrounded by many tourist and adventure attractions just waiting to be enjoyed! br brBeachfront Rest is extremely easy to get to. It is about 3.5 hrs drive north of Brisbane by car along the Bruce Highway. You can also get there by flying direct to Hervey Bay. br brToogoom is blessed with huge stretches of beautiful white sandy beachfront.
