We rarely have to use the air conditioner. brbrYou can snorkel right out front on the most beautiful beach in the Puerto Aventuras area. The beach extends for 1 mile for that morning walk. There is a great bar and restaurant right on the beach, which offers pool side service to the residences of Villas del Mar. Palm trees and numerous palapas which are for the private use of the residences are on your private property. There are two dive shops just a 5 minute walk from your front door and many beautiful reefs are just a short boat ride out in front of the complex.brbrA 2 minute walk to the marina offers numerous restaurants, shopping, deep sea fishing opportunities, Swim with the Dolphins, parasailing, dinner cruises, scuba diving and tours to all the sites in the Riviera Maya.brbrThe restaurants around the marina and at the beach offer fine steak and seafood, Mexican, Italian and American cuisines. Many of the restaurants are run by Americans and all speak perfect English. There are plenty of shops around the marina which is full of sea life. It is fun to sit at a restaurant and watch the dolphins swimming with enthusiastic tourists.brbrThere is also a wide variety of tours at the marina. A short drive from the resort gives you spectacular beaches, cenotes, water parks, ruins, night life and shopping. Cancun and Playa del Carman are just a short drive away. Another favorite is to take the ferry over to Cozumel Island featuring the best scuba diving in the Riviera Maya. We also have several dive shops at the resort and excellent diving within a 5 minute boat ride from the marina. brbrIf your into the night life, check out Cancun or Playa del Carman just a short drive away. There are spectacular ruins 20 minutes south of the resort at Tulum or drive another hour and see the tallest ruin at Chichen Itza. Coba ruins are also a must see. Check out the Tulum beach and make sure you eat at the Ty restaurant on the beach featuring fresh seafood dishes added to the curries.brbrThere are three spectacular water parks called Xel Ha, Xcaret and Expore. You can pet the turtles, stingrays and parrots at these parks and see sharks, fish and all the native wildlife including pumas. Expore has a series of the best zip lines in the world. We really enjoy floating through the rivers and cenotes with these parks. The restaurants and beaches at these parks are out of this world and usually include all you can eat and drink with the admission price.brbrThis resort is completely safe and behind a guarded entrance. We have not had any issues with theft, harassment or trouble. There are no vendors on the beaches. One of the best hospitals in Mexico is only 15 minutes away. There is a huge grocery store right across the highway from the entrance to the resort. brbrCome and enjoy Puerto Aventuras. We shopped up and down the Riveriera Maya for a condo before making our investment in this resort and it is by far the most exclusive, safe and nicest resort in the area. Villas del Mar is by far the nicest condo and beachfront and grounds in Puerto Aventuras.

Our very large 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is located on a gorgeous lagoon of Puerto Aventuras and only steps away from the beach. The windows in the master bedroom and living room span from floor to ceiling with a breathtaking view. The condo sleeps 7 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom and twin beds in the 3rd. There is an additional full size inflatable bed. A full size washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony to start off your morning overlooking the lagoon, or a glass of wine during the sunsets. If you're not at the beach (only 250 feet away), you can cool off in the pool that is located right off the balcony. Take a Kayak or paddle board for a cruise on the lagoon or just hang out on the inner tube. Great snorkeling is just 10 steps away and you'll see tons of colorful fish. A golf cart is available to cruise around the community. Also, Puerto Aventuras is a great town to explore by golf cart. We will have a golf cart available for rent to our tenants. The rental amount per day will be 25usd which is below the standard 50 to 70usd per day you will pay in Puerto. There is so much to do like swimming with the dolphins, golfing, tennis, spa, shopping, fishing, parasailing, scuba diving, snorkeling and so much more. There are dozens of delicious restaurants to choose from. You can listen to live music every night. Our condominium in Puerto Aventuras is a great way to wind down and relax. brbrIMPORTANT: There is the Puerto Aventuras Beach Club down near the marina. You can rent the beach palapas for up to 4 persons for 1000pesos(50usd), two lounge chairs(2 persons) with a pool umbrella are 500pesos(25usd). You can buy food and drink and have fun in the sun...brbr* Electricity will be charged extra, with a cost at 5 pesos per kilowatt hour used.. However, we give our tenants a buffer of 20 kilowatt hours per night rented. Example.... 7 night stay gives you 140 kilowatt hours of buffer at no cost to you. We will take a picture of the electricity meters upon check-in and check-out. There are sun loungers on the terrace, by the pool, and on the beach. During the day, you can enjoy our spacious and serene paradise, and then walk to the lively and colorful marina in 2 minutes.brbrThe beach is just steps from your door. The weather in this area is around 80 degrees most of the year, and the humidity is low due to the ocean breeze. We rarely need to use air conditioning.brbrYou can snorkel on the most beautiful beach in the Puerto Aventuras area. The beach stretches for 1 mile for a morning walk. There is a large bar and restaurant right on the beach, and palapas for private use by residents are on their private property. Two dive shops are just a 5-minute walk from the main gate, and many beautiful reefs are just a short boat ride from the resort.brbrA 2-minute walk from the marina, you'll find numerous restaurants, shops, deep-sea fishing opportunities, swimming with dolphins, parasailing, dinner cruises, scuba diving, and excursions to all Riviera Maya destinations.brbrThe restaurants around the marina and on the beach offer exquisite dishes and seafood, Mexican, Italian, and American cuisine. Many of the restaurants are run by Americans and all speak perfect English. There are plenty of shops around the marina filled with marine life. It's fun to sit in a restaurant and watch dolphins swimming with enthusiastic tourists.brbrThere is also a wide variety of tours. A short drive from the resort brings you to spectacular beaches, cenotes, water parks, ruins, nightlife, and shopping. Cancun and Playa del Carmen are a short drive away. Another favorite is taking the ferry to Cozumel with the best diving in the Riviera Maya. We also have several dive shops in the resort and excellent diving is just 5 minutes by boat.brbrThere are spectacular ruins 20 minutes south of the resort in Tulum or drive another hour and see the highest ruin in Chichen Itza. The Coba ruins are also a must-visit. Check out the beach in Tulum and be sure to eat at Ty's restaurant on the beach, offering fresh seafood dishes added to curry.brbrThere are three spectacular water parks called Xel Ha, Xcaret, and Explor. You can touch turtles, stingrays, and parrots in these parks and see sharks, fish, and all native wildlife, including pumas. Explor has a series of the world's best zip lines. We really enjoy floating through the rivers and cenotes in these parks. The restaurants and beaches in these parks are out of this world and usually include all you can eat and drink at the admission price.brbrThis resort is completely secure and behind a guarded entrance. We have had no problems with theft, harassment, or issues. There are no vendors on the beaches. One of the best hospitals in Mexico is just 15 minutes away. There is a large grocery store right across the road from the resort entrance.brbrCome and enjoy Puerto Aventuras. We bought a condo in the Riviera Maya before making our investment in this resort, and it is by far the most exclusive, safe, and enjoyable resort in the area. Villas del Mar is by far the best condo and the beach and grounds of Puerto Aventuras.
