The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 5 meters (16 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the garden. You will share the pool with guests staying at 3 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of October. br PatiobrThe patio is 180 square meters (1940 square feet) large. It is equipped with an external shower. The patio is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. br GardenbrYou will reach the garden from the patio going up approximately 17 stairway steps. The garden is 800 square meters (8610 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees and by awnings. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and a wooden gazebo. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a partial view of the sea. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex. br Laundry roombrYou will be able to reach the laundry room from the patio through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex. ParkingbrThe parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. The parking space is suitable for two cars. br  PatiobrThe patio is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs. From the patio you will enjoy a partial view of the sea. br Living RoombrThe furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable, and include a divan bed for one guest (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner induction cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.
