It is a 100 year old Trullo Villa in the Unesco World Heritage area of Valle d’Itria and the house has thick stone walls that keep the heat out in the summer. brIn the summer of 2018 a new saltwater swimming pool (40 m2) was installed with a spacious terrace around it and an outdoor shower. brThe house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, new kitchen with all amenities, spacious living room with a dining area and a sitting area. Little Wood is ideally located for many of the tourist attractions in Puglia, such as Lecce, Martina Franca and Otranto - of course the Adriatic is just a 30 minute drive away. The real beauty of our home is the tranquility - set in countryside as it is, it is a million miles away from all the hustle and bustle we encounter in our working lives.
