Welcome to our cozy two bedroom, one bathroom cottage that has a wrap around deck leading to an additional guest bunkhouse with its own full bathroom. Both spaces have their own heating/cooling system, and televisions, with an intercom system to communicate when supper is ready! Sleeping up to eight comfortably between the two spaces, we are steps to the south shore beaches of PEI, or a within a 15 minute drive to three popular, local golf courses. Every bedroom has a closet or storage option, with blackout blinds to help you get a great night's sleep. Our bathrooms come equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap, so just bring your clothes and sunscreen. brbrSit and enjoy the view of the boats sailing by from our gorgeous deck that also features a gas BBQ, and a laundry space with a washer and dryer. Spend a day at the beach, or take a romantic sunset stroll on the beach. For those rainy days, we have satellite television, books and/or board games for the whole family to enjoy. brbrCentrally located, we are a 25 minute drive to the capital city of Charlottetown, a 45 minute drive to Summerside, or a 30 minute drive to the summer tourism traffic of Cavendish. We are also located a short, 10 minute drive from the village of Victoria, that has great restaurants and a five minute drive to a local convenience store that is a bakery and ice cream store, combined with a PEI liquor store outlet. Located on the south shore of PEI, it is a cozy and comfortable, new, three-bedroom cottage. The decor is very modern and light. There is wifi, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen including fridge, stove, and microwave. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has 1 queen bed and an ensuite, bedroom #2 has one queen bed, and bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. The kitchen and living room are open concept and there is a 32 inch TV in the living room. There is a covered front step and a large deck, equipped with a BBQ and deck furniture. There is a fire pit overlooking the water. There is access to a semi private beach less than a 2 minute walk from the front step.brbrThe cottage is centrally located within a 20 minute drive to Charlottetown, about 30 minutes to Cavendish, 30 minutes to 'Summerside and about 15 minutes off the Confederation Bridge. It is also conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the charming Village of Victoria by the Sea. Victoria is a very quaint and small village with lots to do. There are several very good restaurants, summer theatre, kayak and paddle board rentals and lots of tourist shopping.

On the first floor, we have a Large Kitchen with Breakfast Bar. The Kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with an ice maker, dishwasher, glass top stove with convection oven, microwave, and all pots, pans, plates, silverware, dishes and glasses etc. needed for 9 or more to prepare great meals and enjoy family and friend time. Air conditioning unit is present and central.brbr The Kitchen is open to the large dining and living areas with 18 foot ceilings. The Breakfast bar and dining table have plenty of room to host 11 comfortably. Dining area has propane stove with oak mantle. Living area is equipped with wood stove/wood supplied. The living rooms has a 50inch flat screen tv, and the dining area has a 43inch flat screen; both are set up with chromecast. The walk out deck leading to the hottub is reached through the deck doors between the dining and living area.brbrThe Washer and Dryer are located on the first floor along with a toilet, sink, and a cabinet filled with hot tub towels, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.
