Right next to the building there is a station of the cableway to Hrebienok, where an attractive sledding track leads in winter and it is also a place where your eyes will be delighted by the ice sculptures or the Ice Church. There is also an attractive gallery Kvantarium. The small family ski area Jakubková luka is approx. 200m from the apartment. The well-known ski resorts of Tatranská Lomnica and Štrbské Pleso are 10-25 minutes away by car. Some tours are also suitable for families with children: Rainer's mountain hut Studenovodské Waterfalls or Zamkovského mountain hut. brbrAlso the ascent to the to Popradské pleso lake or the Skok waterfall, Jamské Pleso are tours suitable for families. It depends, of course, on the condition of the children. The braver tourists will also reach Téry 's cottage and Zbojnícka cottage. or even higher - Prielom to Lysá Poľana or through Sedielko to Javorina. It is located in the Vila Kollár apartment house, which was built in 1889 and has been declared a national cultural monument. The building underwent a complete but sensitive reconstruction in 2020, which has retained its original historic appearance.
