2 Bd Furnished Short Term Vacation Rental in Quito

Quito, Pichincha, Ecuador

Short Term Apartment Hotel Rental in QuitobrIt’s been carefully crafted to accommodate the most discerning travelers. It’s a rare combination of elegance, comfort, and price as we say in the hospitality business. This splendid jewel of a tower in the heart of Quito Norte will engulf you in a feeling of abundance and touch you by its serene atmosphere.br brIt’s quite surprising the owner has made this unit available as a furnished apartment hotel rental at this building. So this is an option you’d seriously consider because of its rarity in value. brbrThis 2Bd/2Ba condo can accommodate up to 4 individuals and is located in the upscale sector called La Carolina right next to the Carolina Park. This brand new 17-story building rises up majestically on one of the main Avenues of Quito called Shyris. It’s ideal for business people, diplomats, or the discerning traveler. brbrThis well-thought out and carefully executed plan meets the expectations of the most discriminating visitor who needs a “home away from home” while on the road. brbrWhen asked why he wanted to offer this type of accommodations, the owner responded: br“We’re visitors ourselves and wanted to stay in a more spacious place and cook our own meals. When we Googled the terms Ecuador rentals or Quito hotel rentals, the results shown were not what we sought. The common practice for short term rentals is to have you sign a year contract, 1st month rent, plus 2-month security deposit- all up front. You’d forfeit a 1-month security if you break up the lease. We wanted to offer an alternative with one thought in mind a -home away from home – if you will” he concludes.brbrHis condo caters to the occasional visitor since there’s no contract to sign or any penalties to pay. Stay as long as you need and allow the owner to provide the accommodations you so desire to find. brbrA female touch was put on this property by the wife’s owner who ensured every little detail has been thought out:br» Brand spanking new & spacious 2bedroom, 2 bath apartment hotel br» 2 brand new queen side beds br» 50” Samsung Smart TV (over 135 traditional channels and 37 HD channels, Youtube & NetFlix)br» Roman blinds and curtains for those private momentsbr» Ample closet space for your travel luggagebr» Enough blankets to keep you warm and cozy during those restful nightsbr» Fully stocked kitchen. Everything you need to make a delicious finger licking homemade mealbr» Comfortable living room furniture. Turn the dim lights on to set the mood for romancebr» Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroomsbr» Wood floor across entire apartment hotel (except kitchen & bathroom areas)br» Washer and dryerbr» Iron and ironing board to help you look your best for those business engagementsbr» An oven you can use to roast your chicken or turkeybr» A microwave to reheat your meal, your tea, or coffeebr» Ecuador offers many exotic fruits, mix them up in our blender and have a juicy delicious frappébr» A Coffee Press for your early morning coffeebr» A kettle for your hot waterbr» A modern 4-burner electric stovebr» Let’s not forget a roomy fridge to keep your food fresh and ice cream frozen brbrWhy should this apartment hotel be your only choice br» Enjoy the breathtaking views of Quito nestled in the Andes Mountainsbr» 24 hour security, security cameras throughout the building, and card-controlled garagebr» Wired and/or wireless internet access br» Assigned underground parking spot at no chargebr» A workstation with its corporate chair for when you're in the “working mood” or just surf the webbr» Access to the sauna and steam room for those “I need to relax” escapesbrbrWhat Is Near By The Apartment br“We invested in this piece of real estate for its favorable location. There is plenty of security, people, and most businesses are open late at night in this area” says the owner. brbrThe building is literally in front of Park La Carolina. It’s a great location to see the youths of Quito play all kinds of activities from soccer, basketball, rollerblading, bicycling, and running. It’s a perfect location for a Sunday stroll and even enjoy those very frequent park fairs with musical concerts, delicious food, and bargain deals. brbrAccording to the wife’s owner, it’s as if the Park has become the central nervous system of Quito Norte and it offers many activities for children, adults, and the occasional love birds. For youngsters, please visit the Planetarium and the Botanical Garden. brbrThere are countless restaurants along the Avenue of Republica del Salvador, Amazonas, Portugal, and Naciones Unidas. Just to name a few that top the list: br» Pizzeria- Restaurant El Hornero br» Brand new Juan Valdez Café (a short walk from the building is your Starbucks coffee Quito equivalent)br» Cyrano Bakery & Gelato Corfu (less than a block away from Juan Valdez Café) brbrThere are two very convenient mini-markets (your 7-11 Quito version) where you can pick up some fresh organic fruits, vegetables, and groceries. brbrThe biggest and the 'baddest' supermarket: SUPERMAXI (Equivalent to Wal-Mart in the USA) located just a short 10-minute walk. brbrATM Machine (there is a convenient store named: OkiDoki that opens late at night). brbrA number of financial institutions and foreign exchange houses are well within walking distance. brbrMalls El Jardin, Quicentro, and CCNU are also located north of the building, just a pleasant stroll away. brbrWell transited area to hail a taxi. For about $3- $2 taxi ride, you can haul off to the stylish area “La Mariscal” where you’ll find great restaurants, bars/pubs, internet cafes, bookstores, art galleries, and all sorts of street entertainment.brbrCode of Behavior: The building is occupied by a few professional offices and mostly by residential condominiums. People who are retirees, senior citizens, as well as the usual working professionals who appreciate a safe, upscale environment, and value the opportunity to come back home for a restful night.brbrThe owner asks that you adhere to the rules of acceptable social behavior and conduct yourself in a manner that poses no threat to anyone or to yourself. Refrain from any laud music, screaming out the window, tossing trash out of the windows, peeing in public areas, or the like. brbrIf you feel it’s time to go “wild” because you’re in another country and because you’re away from your mom, the owner asks you NOT to choose his Quito apartment for your stay. There will be NO refunds if you’re asked by security to leave the premises. brbrApartment Hotel Rules:There is a high level of trust that needs to be built for this service to work. On one hand, you need a safe, reliable, comfortable place to stay whereas the owner also needs to know that his place will be in good hands with you. He thinks of you more of a guest of his family rather than a stranger renting a vacation rental in Quito. brbrThere is a refundable deposit which is given back to you at check out time assuming that no damages to the property has been done and the inventory remains the same. This is just a deterrent practice and not a money maker for him. He wants to return your money and not have to use it to replace a broken or missing item. brbrYou’ll be asked for the identification of every member in your party. The security front desk will be notified of your group and time of arrival. Only authorized /registered guests can stay in the apartment hotel. brbrPlease observe these guidelines:br» NO big wild bash to celebrate your arrival to Quito is permitted br» No firearms of any kind allowedbr» No pets allowedbr» No smoking in the apartment hotel br» No illicit drugs allowed br» Do NOT invite a troop of people or any other person outside of what was initially agreed uponbr» You cannot sublease or rent your stay while as a guest at this Quito vacation rentalbrNote: Again, there will be no refunds if you’re asked by security to leave the premises.brbrLocal Transportation:br» Just a short walk away on the Avenue 6th of December, there is the Ecovia bus line. For 25 cents, you can take it to the Historic Center - a world heritage site by UNESCO and explore its remarkable churches, plazas, museums, restaurants/cafes and cobblestone streets. From historic center you can walk to the San Roque market where you can find bargains for clothes, fresh produce, and fruits.brbr» Quito also offers its double decker buses (hop on/off) that cover a 3-hour tourist route. You can visit over 11 stops of the most significant tourist destinations.brbr» There are also regular bus lines that stop right in front of the building.brbrRefund Policies: All requests for a refund must be in writing. Depending on the date, the refund policy is: br30-day notice full refundbr15-day notice 50% refundbr 7-day notice 25% refundbr 6-day or fewer-day 0% refundbrBe sure of your days prior to booking.
