This bungalow has a living area of 102m2: 65m2 downstairs and 37m2 upstairs. brbrLiving spacebrThe first floor is wheelchair friendly. There are no thresholds in the bungalow and the doors and passages are at least 90 cm wide.brbrSleeping and bathroombrOn the first floor is a bedroom with 2 high-low beds and a ceiling hoist. This is an x-y system and the hoist is suitable for lifting mats with loops. In the bedroom there is a television. Adjacent is an adapted bathroom, also with a ceiling hoist, shower stretcher, toilet with supports and a separate shower stool. There is floor heating in the bathroom. In the hall is a separate toilet. This one is not adapted. brbrUpper floorbrOn the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms.
