There are three spacious bedrooms, all with queen beds, as well as a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Enjoy the fully equipped spacious modern kitchen, along with the lounge & dining areas that offer open plan living which lead out onto the backyard area for you to enjoy the gardens & lawn. There is a BBQ for you to enjoy along with outdoor table and chairs for you to make the most of this pleasant, relaxing space. We recommend you enjoy this area with a Central Otago Pinot Noir, while you listen to the soft sounds of the neighbours babbling brook, which is fully fenced off. There is WIFI available and a TV where you can access service apps such as Netflix, where you`ll need to bring your own account details to access.brbrAll linen and towels are provided, plus there is a laundry with a washing machine. There`s a beautiful wood-burner (not stove) in the entry area that heats the open plan living/kitchen/dining area, along with 2 heat pumps. One in the lounge and one in the master bedroom. All in all, this really is the perfect accommodation option for your next visit to beautiful Wanaka.brbrPLEASE NOTE: Airbnb does not consider infants to be guests (when counting numbers) and will allow you to book this property if any infants accompanying you take your guest numbers to higher than 6 guests. The well-established neighborhood is safe and quiet. As close as this Bach is to the township of Wanaka, you are away from the hustle and bustle of the everyday workings of the township. The Bach is situated down a shared driveway and is at the back of the property. You do have neighbours who are fenced off and private from you.brbrFrom Wanaka township drive up the main street of Helwick Street, cross over Brownston Street and turn right into Warren Str. 44b Warren street is at the back of the home in frontbrbrPlease note that we do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years. The primary guest making the booking must meet this minimum age, though accompanying guests may be younger.brbrOnce your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest communication portal DUVE. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your license/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). The main living area and master take advantage of the northern aspect and on a classic blue bird day the sun streams in. Both areas access the private and sheltered deck. brYour family and friends can enjoy dining at the eight seater dining table and then unwind in the lounge on three plush sofas surrounding the wood burning fire for those cooler days. The large windows allow you front row seats to view Mount Roy, which is spectacular in any season. The generous sized sliding door opens out the deck area where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evenings with a treat purchased from one of Wanaka’s breweries or wineries. The deck is fully fenced (great for little ones) and mature shrubs provide shelter and privacy. brWith the home being split level, you have two bedrooms downstairs, one of which is the master bedroom with a super-sized walk-in wardrobe leading you into the ensuite. The master bedroom also opens out onto the deck area and captures the northern sun. On the first level you also have access to a full and separate laundry and powder room. brbrUpstairs there are a further two bedrooms off a landing area, both rooms share the large family bathroom with a great bathtub for a soak after the slopes or trails.
