Pleasant house in Nydalen, a peaceful area near Lake Vättern, the house is 500 m from the beach, which has its own jetty, barbecue area and shared sauna. Beautiful scenic surroundings with meadows and forests and nice walking paths. The house is located two miles south of Askersund and two miles north of Motala. A good starting point for other experiences and activities. Your four-legged friends are welcome at this accommodation. There are two balconies in different directions, one of which is covered, comfortable outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Plenty of space for socializing and playing both indoors and outdoors. Fiber is included in the house, there is Wifi and several TV channels. On the ground floor we find open spaces in the kitchen as well as the living room, a well-proportioned bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a separate laundry room with amenities such as a washing machine that makes it easier for a longer stay. Upstairs we are met by a welcoming hall, bedroom with double bed, and a toilet. If necessary, there are extra beds. New air source heat pump and a large soapstone stove that heats the whole house. Motala is very scenic by Vättern, Göta canal and Motala Ström. Motala has a rich history with lots of interesting people, stories and works of art. In the center there is good shopping and down by the boat harbor several restaurants and museums, one of our most glittering pearls is of course the Göta canal where many boats pass every day to be part of a lock is an experience just that. Varamobaden, which is considered to be one of Sweden's finest sandy beaches with several kilometer-long strips of beach. The protected bay with Vättern's clean, clear waters together with the shallow sandy beach make Varamobaden really child-friendly, but is also a mecca for water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing and SUP. If golf is your passion, Askersund Golf Club is just a short drive away. For those who want to discover nature for real, Tivedens National Park is a must with incredible hikes and breathtaking views. Askersund with its picturesque town center and marinas is a nice excursion destination and it takes 25 minutes by car, there is a large selection of restaurants and cafes. Welcome to a rural charming red cottage with white knots where you can glimpse both moose and deer from the plot or the forest behind the house. This accommodation is perfect for a family or group of 6-7 people who want to be close to several beautiful lakes, beautiful nature and cozy places. You can easily reach Borenshult and Motala's fine cycle paths. You are also close to Lake Boren with several bathing coves. The house's first bedroom is next door with a 180 cm double bed. The style is rural charm where the old meets the new. The bathroom is new and has a large shower cubicle, sink and toilet. At the main entrance there is a washing machine and exit to the garden. The stairs up are somewhat steep, so be careful if you are elderly or have small children. Up here is another bedroom with a 180 cm bed. The family room also has a TV corner with a sofa bed of 140 cm and an extra bed of 100 cm wide. The house shares land with the house owners who live in the house next door. The cat Måns guards the yard and likes to be petted, but he must not be dragged into the house. Only 5 minutes by car you will reach Borenshult's locks. This is a must-visit and it is also Göta Kanal's second largest lock staircase. It consists of five linked locks and is a major tourist destination in Motala. In the middle lock, two men have carved a memory for posterity. In the town of Motala there is much to see and do. It is a lake town with history and every year over 20,000 people gather to cycle the Vätternrundan. This nice cottage in Närke is adorably located by Sweden's second largest lake, Lake Vättern.brbrThe cottage is in Norwegian style and maintains a good standard.
