One room has a double bed and the other has a single bed - both with very comfy bedding and fresh hotel style linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to whip up great homemade meals. The main living room features a wall mounted smart tv so you can catch up on all your shows, a comfy sofa and a dining table if you fancy being a bit fancy!brThe bathroom houses a large bath so you can enjoy a soak after a long day sightseeing. We supply shower gel, conditioner and body wash.brParking is free and secured.brbrThe AreabrWe are located just off the Beersbridge Road and a 5 minute walk from a shop that sells all essentials. There are lots of amenities in the immediate vicinity 15 minute walk will take you to the thriving Ballyhackamore where you will not be short of places to eat, drink and have fun. You are also an 8 minute bus ride / 5 minute drive to the city centre. Being such a small city, everywhere is also pretty much walkable so make sure to take your time and get to really know the city by walking through all the neighbourhoods to get from A to B. The property is within walking distance to the city centre, Botanic Gardens and Queen's University.brbrThe house is a great base to explore Belfast. Not only are you in walking distance of Belfast City centre but there are lots of great things to explore on our doorstep like Botanic Gardens and the Ulster museum or have a few drinks in the Rose and Crown or the Hatfield House. Also close by is the Lyric theatre for all you culture vultures out there. I like to think that 18 Shaftsbury avenue give a little bit of luxury to our guests. For the price of a budget hotel you can relax in a property lavishly furnished to ensure after a busy day sightseeing, shopping or socialising you can unwind in comfort.brbrYou will have the whole place to yourself. Enjoy!brbrThe Lower Ormeau Road is a lively area of South Belfast with plenty of great bars and restaurants. The city centre is a five minute walk away from the property. Also within walking distance is Botanic Gardens, Queens University and the Ulster museum. I would recommend a visit to the Hatfield bar on the Ormeau Road (just around the corner from the property for a great local bar with a great pint.brbrThis property is in a residential area and the neighbours have young children and elderly relatives so it is important to please observe the house rules around noise after 10pm. Please also be mindful if returning to the property late at night.brbrPlease do not smoke in the property but you are welcome to smoke in the rear yard.
