Please note that work to create a new leisure centre, swimming pool, pump and walking tracks are ongoing - however most of the building works will be the length of a football pitch away from the property.br brThe property is set over three floors with a large kitchen/dining/living room on the first floor enjoying views over the park towards Fair Head and Scotland. A multi fuel stove provides a focal point, with seating for 6-8 in the living area where there is a TV and DVD player. In this situation, the reasonable cost of cleaning, refilling, loss of use or replacement parts may be charged.brbrBBQ UsebrbrGuests are welcome to use the BBQ provided.brbrIf you use the BBQ, please clean it thoroughly afterwards and leave it in a suitable condition for the next guest.
