Boathouse Bliss is a superb beach house, once a 60 foot Coaster (called St Annes) used for transporting goods in the sea and along the Heacham River. The cabins from the original boat are now embedded within the house and the owners have retained the boat house feel with nautical touches throughout. The house has a spacious open plan living area with views to the front and back and three well presented bedrooms and two shower rooms and a bathroom with roll top bath. There is a large garden surrounding the boathouse, with two decked areas to the front and one decked terrace to the back, a perfect area to enjoy the stunning views overlooking the river and open countryside at the back. There is direct access onto the sand dunes from the front, ideal for beach days or you can watch the evening sunset over water while it sets in the West! The land behind the boathouse, looks towards RSPB Reserve at Snettisham and is part of Ken Hill Farm which was used by the BBC to film Spring and Autumn Watch from 2021-22. The bird and wild life around this superb holiday house is truly second to none.
